Pros

several interesting and innovative projects; international organisation; opportunities to work abroad; opportunities to work collaboratively with several well-established vehicle manufacturers; competitive salaries (within reason); the working environment is suitable for experienced professionals; in-person access to senior management

Cons

lack of opportunities for formal training; absence of a structured graduate program; absence of a structured pathway towards accreditation with professional associations/institutions (e.g. IMechE or IET); limited opportunities for career progression and overly flat organisational structure; low-quality office interior and decoration (Leamington Spa only); understaffed (as repeatedly indicated by senior employees and management throughout my employment);

Pros

Interesting product lines and customers

Cons

As one of the other reviews mentioned: - Hours are horrendous. 40 hours crammed into 4.5 days as solo working isn't really permitted, so Friday ends at 1pm. In my case workloads we're often too light so the long days would just drag for an eternity - temperature. Main office area has no real temperature regulation. Hot days become suffocating and cold days make your body ache - only food options outside of the food van that arrives every day are around a 15 minute walk away, which wouldn't be too bad except for the fact the permitted lunch break is half an hour - so if you wanted to get some fresh air by getting food you'd have no time to eat. (haven't come across anyone getting a talking to because of having a long lunch break, but it's just the principle) - absolutely nought in the way of structured training
