If you are a beginner, then its right place to learn. They have some big project and a big client. Salary is on time.

If you get that big project then you will be working on a specific module. You won't get a chance to explore more. Master team is working in US. So you will work under them, whatever they say you have to implement. It's a small office which maintaining existing employee and team size does not improve much.
