      Just a handful of good mangers.

      Cons

      They make you feel Every employee is replaceable. They do not value any of their employees. Benefits are terrible. They make you wear multiple hats for very little pay.

      Excellent work flexibility, Can negotiate good for more PTO.

      Cons

      Lots of roles bleed into other departments. Rain under-employs so one person is responsible for many areas. Benefits are poor-mediocre.
