Responsive to suggestions. Regular interaction with attorneys who are down-to-earth. Pay is great & raises are given yearly.

Some processes were obsolete. Some days work could drag.

There are some good attorneys who work here and some good matters to work on.

There are notable concerns with management practices. The management for the Orange County office frequently behaves inappropriately, egregiously so, and falls short of basic professional standards. Associate bonuses are not commercially reasonable in terms of amount, when bonuses are paid out, and what hours count.
