Great atmosphere, great people, and they really try to be as fair as possible to their employees

No benefits or PTO for trainers, almost impossible to meet the hourly requirement to get benefits

Best pay rate in Fort Collins and most big box gym settings

Terrible marketing. A weird culture that forces you to communicate like you’re talking to a bunch of 6 year olds (PVT). It’s really a method of communication that the managers lord over you as a means of control. If you don’t use it, they hold it against you. The main manager hires “Yes-Men” to prop up his lack of managerial skills (he’s an old trainer, most likely never having a managerial position store this job). Prepare to drink the kool-aid! They offer benefits you’ll never qualify for.
