Pros
They thankfully pay you, though not enough, but atleast you get paid for investing your time and efforts. Also, you get to leave at the end of the day! Except for the CEO and the manager back then, the staff was very nice, friendly, supportive, kind and humble.
Cons
In my opinion, not at all employee friendly, lots of restrictions. I was aware of a person who was kind of a yes man to the boss (and yes the CEO is more of a boss than a leader), who ended up leaving the company, good for the company though . And the worst is forced discipline which restricts your creative thinking and practical application of knowledge. The boss wasn't much humble and understanding. Also forced discipline, be it pin drop silence during work hours or uncomfortable lunch time, which wasn't relaxing at all, and not just because of the short duration. Upon learning that an employee is leaving (who wasn't seeing his growth here so he took a decision to improve his life), they asked another very new employee from the same college background, to agree to atleast work for 2 years or leave (even though they were asked about any restrictions before signing the offer letter). And then they gave all the wrong justifications! Again, this is my opinion based on my personal experience. Maybe now the culture is much better!
