Cons
Partner is a meddler and a demotivating person. Just because they have the "Partner" title doesn’t mean that they have all the right answers, all the time. Efforts are not noticed unless you're favoured by the partner. Despite efforts by staffs, we only receive negative feedbacks and no encouragement on improvements. Overtime is compulsory and staffs are not paid for the long hours spent, and our personal time is never respected. Time management skills are bad, and everything is a rush towards the end, and staffs are blamed for slow delivery despite the bad management skills. There are so many standardized processes and procedures, rules to follow, that they aren't able to become proficient in one area because they are pulled multiple direction. In conclusion, you only learn if you put effort and its not about the workload that is difficult, its about the employer that makes it difficult to handle the workload.
