Pros

Raksul have very strong mission "Better Systems, Better World". I join this company because I like this vision. Mr. Matsumoto (CEO) is very smart and charismatic person. He always thinking about future of industry (printing, logistics, advertising). His talk is very inspire for me. Engineers here is very high level. We use modern tech stack (Ruby, Go, AWS) and many talented people from famous companies. Culture is "Reality". We go to factory and see real operation. This is very good experience. Not just write code on desk. Team member is kind and support each other. No toxic people. Salary is good for Japanese startup.

Cons

Work is sometimes hard and busy. We have many projects and deadline. English support is getting better but still many document is only Japanese. If you don't speak Japanese, maybe little difficult. Office is nice but sometimes noisy because many people. We grow very fast, so sometimes rule is changing often. Need flexibility.

Pros

I just passed my probation and have had a great experience at Raksul. The office is comfortable with a nice view, big desks, comfy chairs, and new MacBook Pro M3s. Snacks are always available milk, yogurt, ice cream, fruit, cake, and instant noodles. The work environment is quiet, friendly, and flexible. Performance review and level-up processes are clear, and one-on-one meetings every 1-2 weeks help new members settle in. It's also open to people from different tech backgrounds, even if you're new to Rails. I don't do overtime, and I see others also relaxed with a healthy workload. OT is paid and by request only, so no pressure.

Cons

Not much maybe just fewer tools/platforms to request permission for, but approvals are quick.
