Pros

- Low turnover rate. Stable business performance even during the epidemic. - Clear career ladder for full-time staffs with frequent technical & leadership trainings. - Established technical bootcamp with mentorship for recent-grad and interns. - FT employees are super witty smart and friendly. They are very supportive especially during the busy recruiting season. People (both American & Vietnamese) seems to gel with each other well. - No back stabbing or office politics.

Cons

- As small business, certain aspects of the company are still "in progress" of development. It can be an opportunity but also a challenge. - New employee can be overwhelmed with its fast-paced business environment. You are expected to "Move Fast" from the day 1. It is their ingrained culture. - Company leadership is super busy and their availability can be limited sometimes. - Salary and perks are not in the top tier (though reasonable and transparent).

Pros

- I love love love the people I worked with, they are super nice and hardworking. - Flexible hour - It was a huge learning curved, I learned a lot

Cons

Background story: I applied for the Product Designer position, got rejected but I offered to work for free as an intern. - There was no guidance whatsoever: They said I will be working with the CEO for the UX Designer job but, he is wearing too many hats and trying to do too many things at once. - They are not willing to invest: I been in the company for about a month and they want to do everything in-house to cut cost, but you need to spend money to make money. Also the current team is about half are interns. - Only want to do it his way: When I worked here I feel like I'm more like a tool rather than a person, they hired me to do what they want rather than what the user wants. - You are replaceable: They went through several designers before I, since they can always find another person to replace you. - Intern trap
