The fundamental technology & lead program looks like they work, and the pipeline is exciting. CEO (and main investor) believes in the technology, and is willing to build it into something that's different than your traditional oral/injectable - particularly grateful for this commitment in today's market. Finally have a CMO - who came in and cleaned a very dysfunctional clinical team's house. Strong preclinical R&D team. Efforts underway to integrate global team members more collaboratively. Am impressed with device development team and other non drug product-focused contributors to the overarching R&D. I like my management line.

Clinical team is still rebuilding. Bums me out that there are substantial negative reviews on here - sad to see that the culture has its warts. We're all trying. I think there is an opportunity to do something special here. If you want to try, use your voice internally to make a change. I've seen bad managers get pushed out - it is possible.

The technology that is Alluminox has the capacity to help to so many people; it just isn't in the right hands.

Every tier of management with very rare exception simply does not know what they are doing and confuse chaos for progress. There is high turnover, and the toxicity is through the roof.
