Pros

None. You’re treated like a child. Had to get an official signed document to leave early one day for an emergency. Small firm feel w HR function of a Fortune 500.

Cons

Everything. Was told to lie to prospects and clients.

Pros

I've known the Raleigh Wealth team and family for last 3.5 years. They are some of the most authentic, hardworking, honest and loyal people to work with and be around. They live their mission and focus on doing things the right way. There's a high standard for excellence and accountability, but they take care of their team. Shows by the number of key people who have been with the company 8+ years. Culture: Fun and ambitious people work here. You really get to know the people you work with and get to have a direct impact on client's lives. Company is looking to grow their impact on their clients and in the community. There are and will be tremendous opportunities to grow in knowledge base and opportunities in your career - if you're willing to put in the work and contribute.

Cons

Opportunities to improve in technology, and process efficiency. Company is focused here. As mentioned in the pros, the company is looking to increase their impact so there are growing pains at times. Nothing that any other business doesn't face.

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time here. It’s a great place to work with an even better team. The culture is one of the standout aspects: it’s competitive in a healthy way, people hold each other accountable, and everyone works hard, but there’s also a strong emphasis on having fun. There are plenty of staff events, like pickleball games and charity outings, that make it easy to connect with coworkers outside of day-to-day work. The company is definitely in growth mode, which makes it an exciting place to be. There’s a lot of opportunity to move up or try new things, no matter your role. One thing that’s changed a lot since I started is the benefits – they’ve gotten significantly better. There’s now health insurance, gym memberships, solid PTO (with rollover and payout options), a 401k, and more. It feels like leadership actually listens and makes changes based on feedback.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, some of the structure and processes are still being figured out. It’s not perfect yet, and there can be some ambiguity at times, but you can tell there’s a real effort to improve. It is a fast-paced environment, so it’s not for everyone. You can’t really hide or get away with doing the bare minimum here.
