Pros
I’ve been with the company for a little while now, and I genuinely enjoy being part of a smaller team that makes collaboration feel personal and impactful. The new office space is a refreshing change and reflects the company’s commitment to growth and overall employee well-being. I love the flexible scheduling and that leadership places an emphasis on work life balance. The company has been putting an effort into refreshing policies and building a more engaging culture, which is very much appreciated. There’s a noticeable push to keep things interesting and inclusive and it feels like our feedback is actually being hurt and acted on.
Cons
As part of the growing pains, the benefit package isn't up to par with other medium size organizations. I know they are actively working on improving that though.
