Fun environment interacting with fellow staff and customers, some level of employee advancement if you want to take on event responsibilities.

Very inconsistent hours and sometimes the schedule would come out very last-minute. The management claims to promote a family atmosphere but they don’t take into account any of our concerns or issues. I was constantly raising concerns over how things could be done better or more efficiently and was never heard. If you’re having an off day physically there are not enough breaks or opportunities to sit down. Pay is very very low.

I loved the people I met while working there, exceptions for the managers.

-Pay is not what it was said to be. Every week we didn’t hit anything over $16.50 an hour when we were told we would make around 10 plus tips which would round to at least $20-30 an hour. -Managers would treat us unprofessionally and were disrespectful with some employees and care for others, as most of them decided to play favorites. -Breaks were never mandatory, even if you were super hungry and had an 8 hour shift at times you would have to wait until after your shift ended to eat.
