Job - Business Management Ralph Employee Review

Ralph is an amazing creative agency. We work on campaigns for only the best TV shows and movies in the space. Being around the shear talent of the different teams brings everyone up to a higher level of excellence. Since I’ve been here they’ve spent a lot of time and effort doing everything they can to make the culture at work fun and make sure employees feel taken care of. Ralph is the leader in the social space and I feel they are only getting started.

Like all agencies, work life can become tough during periods. However the leadership at Ralph does everything they can to make sure bandwidth issues are sorted out in the best way possible.

The one and only reliable pro to working at Ralph (especially NY) is the people. They are extremely talented, hilarious, generous coworkers who care about you on and off the clock. None of the frustrations and difficulties I've had at Ralph can be attributed to the (non-leadership) people.

Ralph did 4 rounds of layoffs in 2024 alone. They gutted teams that were already understaffed, which had the domino effect of making every single NY employee feel unsupported, overworked, and completely uncertain about the future. Actual leadership is nonexistent. The CEOs/founders treat the NY branch like an afterthought and are completely tuned out to the downturn in morale and struggle to keep both employees and clients onboard. The local "leadership" at NY are well-intentioned but clueless. There is a glaring lack of female/POC representation at every level of decision-making. I anticipate another mass exodus in the near future.
