Pros
Drivers have lots of incentives... good pay, full benefits, most get weekends off which is unheard of, and a scorecard/bonus program is available. They'll go out of their way to accommodate your needs for time off or appointments. If you're not experienced there is a training school where you can get still paid while in training.
Cons
Other staff is way underpaid if you're not in management and there is little to no room for promotion. Raises are rare and small.
