Pros
Working at Raltron was like working with family towards a common goal. There was always a new challenge, a new opportunity, and endless potential for growth and advancement. Salary was good (although maybe not based upon hours worked) and perks were abundant until the company started it's decline.
Cons
Once the company grew too quickly, many outsiders were added with questionable abilities and management skills. Hours were long due to the global nature of the business (factories overseas, mostly USA customers). Emotional and erratic behavior of senior management led to demise of company, and alienation of loyal employees. Financial problems were masked until massive layoffs and large percentage paycuts were implemented in 2001 onwards.
