Pros
High integrity, humility, respect, inclusiveness, transparency and accountability towards both clients and employees. They didn't downsize or underpay during total lockdown. They offer work from home and a good work-life balance with high degree of trust in each employee. Management is very approachable and open to good suggestions. Tight knit teamwork where the manager is hands-on, very involved. International clientele.
Cons
They have only one base at present, where they are set to grow and expand production capacity. So except during lockdowns or red zoning, their employees would have to be based in Maharashtra alone. When they grow further, this may change.
