Pros

- no pros I am struggling with stress since joining

Cons

- Hire and fire policy all over globe. Big chance of getting fired in probation period due to budget issues, but you would be conveyed performance issues. They do not follow employment laws. - They hire students at a very low salary. - There is chaos all year around. There are almost no projects in pipeline. - Mostly work is related to internal employee data dashboards on powerbi. Dashboards are indirectly used as micromanagement tool. - employees are asked to fill timesheets with very precise details. Those who are not on projects are likely to be fired. - extra lead layer to keep track of micromanagement of junior employees - Management is very old thinking. They speak of all AI and latest tools, but do not know how and what to implement. - Management does not even know how to calculate employee utilization. They suddenly increase utilization in middle of year. - ultra low salary and no work on latest technology.

Pros

A wide variety of projects and some level of autonomy when it comes to types of projects you want to work for

Cons

No consideration for employee's talent, feedbacks often just focused on negatives so they can fire you the minute you don't show "yes boss" attitude. They are not doing well revenue wise and newly hired ones are let go first, citing "performance was not good". When you first join, they tell you not to worry about billable hours for the first 3-6 months, especially when the overall consulting work load was low across the board. But then they fire you for the same reason. Some managers are very kind and supportive when they give you feedback, but if you are unlucky, your reporting manager will use that feedback against you and fire you and not say anything positive. Low compensation.
