Large company means a huge knowledge base and lots of folks to bounce ideas off of. Great place to get experience in a variety of field work for junior staff. People care about their work and others. Safe work is a key focus. Overall, decent work-life balance. Pay is good. Advocate for yourself and people do listen and consider your interests.
Cons
Large company can make it harder to advocate for personal advancement if you are not outspoken. Less work-life balance of entry-level positions, however, many senior level employees are trying to get more balance for junior employees. Limited opportunities for bonuses.
