      Work life balance is good, general working culture is very good, people work together collaboratively

      Cons

      Even though products are interesting, marketing and product placement to attract customers is poor. Management needs a broader vision for how to take the company forward in a competitive landscape. Management needs to reduce NRE costs and design products that can be easily redesigned for new customers.
