      free food ! that's just about it

      Oh where to start.. favouritism, gender biases, language problems (they all speak in kannada or Tamil, English rarely used), zero appreciation or recognition. Could write a 100 more things, but I guess this would be the zist of everything.

      Company is great if you prefer stagnant work culture Salary is comparably good, company's vision is great

      Specific group is very pathetic and got polluted in last 2-3 years with no long term vision from market value of execution of projects
