Hard to move up in the organization

Pay is ok. I can’t think of any more than that.

This is the most toxic place I have ever worked at. They are not transparent. Some of the “producers” are rude and arrogant for no reason and nothing is done about it. I don’t know many that actually like working there. There are so many more “bad” things to mention.
