      The people you work with in your team will be the reason you like working there

      Huge disparity between the mangement and the staff. Choices made with little to no regard for EAA's that work in the company.

      Pros

      Hours are set Work from home 1-2 days a week Meet with Sean when you start which is a good idea

      Cons

      Very clicky, hr are no help unless you are friends with them. Management are like robots and don’t believe the staff are human people. Just treat like a disposable number and overloaded with unmanageable workloads when staring the company while people who have been there a number of years are sat doing bare minimum
