Pros
Brilliant at pacifying workers - free ice cream, pay day treat and working from home which helps cover the massive daily disorganisation of a company that turns over workers faster than they can send out orders that is operating at a net loss which i was told personally when meeting the CEO. Unsurprising how quickly they turn over staff, in the short time I was there I believe 7 people had left including one of the HR staff members. I had suspicions straight away as the current work climate is very much a bums on seats attitude after covid but in all honesty, I was relieved to have been let go of as it is the most unfulfilling job I have ever had.
Cons
Zero support available, aggressive and belittling. very unsupportive supporting managers who expect you to be able to run within weeks... Lots of sighing, asking what are you doing that for which naturally knocks confidence when you are being shadowed by members of staff who are mental health first aiders. Departments are awful at communicating so often data that would be filled would be done incorrectly by members of staff who have been there for 5+ years. I personally was still waiting on process documents up until the day I left the company. Huge problem with gossip around the office, which I was warned about from the moment I started. The list is literally endless.
