Pros
You will get ample of free time when you work in morning or noon shifts. You can spend your time and manage all your commitments since it is a wfh. Everyone in the team are very cool and helping nature.
Cons
Cons are many. To the recruiters : Please recruit If an employee would be able to understand the process. Core knowledge is must to understand. Don't recruit just because they worked for customer care and good English communication. To understand practically, it will take at least 3 months. Don't just pressurise them to do good in the earlier stage itself. Also there should be some allowances for the people who work in complete night shifts.
