      Good soothing words from owners. Boast of past achievements.

      Cons

      No sales policy at all. Directionless. You have to do things as directed by them. No opportunity to use your own skills.

      Pros

      The software Fusion Resto is used by Big Brands. Direct interaction with top management and discussion on live deals is a plus. Employees are helpful and informative. Management arranges few parties through out the year for employees. Both retail and restaurant products are easy to learn . Lot of learning opportunity for freshers.

      Cons

      Company policy is not good. It involves multiple ways of salary deduction. Limited ambition in product development.
