      Faculty wonderful, Executive Staff Difficult - Teacher Rancho Community Church Employee Review

      Pros

      Kind and caring staff. There is a family feel within different groups. Covid has made it difficult, but staff really do care for one another. For a private school, compensation is what it is. It compares with other private schools. Facilities are beautiful. Nice big classrooms. Facilities keep getting better.

      Cons

      Difficult Executive staff. Never see the Lead Pastor. He only champions the building he is doing, as well as the sports. Revolving Principals, which says something about the executive staff and school board. There is a philosophy that students are not to be disciplined. Yet no training on how to teach without discipline.

      Pros

      Very friendly staff members and co workers. The environment is welcoming and the work is great. The pay is adequate.

      Wish there were more hours available for employees.

      Pros

      Loved what I taught. The coworkers were kind and really cared about their students. Many felt "called" to the ministry. They cared more about teaching students than getting a public school salary. The teachers were amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Administration out of touch with what is happening with the parents. The feel the parents are always right and teachers wrong. I was told this on many occasions. Since the parents pay for the school we owe them above and beyond teaching. This was rough to hear. I did not last long in the environment.
