Pros
I have nothing but positive things to say about working for Randa. Everyone is very supportive in helping new employees learn how to do their job well and are more than willing to answer questions. They also invest time, energy, and money into helping us to learn about the business as a whole. They are flexible with your starting and finishing schedule. Bosses allow their employees to work autonomously without feeling like they are being micromanaged. They are very receptive to new ideas and ways of improving the current systems. Randa has several programs setup to help its employees continue to grow and learn new things. They are also an active member of the local community trying to help in any ways that they can. I would 100% recommend working for Randa.
