      Pros

      The associates are great people. They are friendly, hard working and are the only redeeming quality of the work environment.

      Cons

      -Always understaffed causing associates to work long hours for no overtime and no hope for improvement in the future. -It is a revolving door for Merchandisers because most people won't work under these conditions. -Management is great at reading emails, surfing the internet and giving criticism. -Crowded work environment. -Very beige, institutional office setting.

      Pros

      Really enjoy working within my team. Lots of challenges to solve but great work life balance and genuine people.

      Cons

      There is no cross coordination between business units resulting in constant internal failures Sales has unfortunately earned a negative reputation. They do not work well with others. Would like to see employees show more respect for their colleagues and how every business unit works together to meet our goals.
