Pros

Considering the bleakness of the current job market, it is recommended to work there only until something / anything else becomes available. Great exposure to litigation and strategies to avoid complying with labor laws and contracts. Great exposure of how to delay payment to subcontractors, vendors, and employees.

Cons

Lies and deceptions. Company is notorious for hiring people at an agreed upon wage, then usually within three to four months after being hired the pay is significantly reduced. Do not get suckered into spending your money in anticipation of being reimbursed, you won't be. If paid hourly, do not get suckered into working overtime in anticipation of being paid overtime, it won't happen without resistance.

Comprehensive Skill Development: I transitioned from sheet metal to welding, gaining valuable skills and expertise along the way. Teaching and Mentorship: I have had the chance to teach sheet metal classes at Randall, sharing my knowledge with the next generation of welders. Strong Job Security: The company has offered a stable work environment that fosters loyalty and long-term commitment. Supportive Culture: I've experienced both challenges and successes, and I truly appreciate the positive changes and improvements within the company. Company Evolution: I’m thrilled to witness and be part of Randall's ongoing evolution and commitment to better processes that benefit everyone involved.

Cons

No Major Cons: After nearly 20 years with Randall, I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunities and support I've received. While every job has its challenges, I truly don’t see any significant downsides here. The ups and downs are just part of the journey, and I appreciate how they have contributed to my growth and the evolution of the company.

Pros

Pay check every week. Thats about it.

Cons

Company either has no money or at the very least operates like it. I was unable to get materials necessary to do my projects.
