Pros
ratio is most of the time 7-12 patients per tech, worked at other hospitals and this is much better than others, pay much better than other hospitals as well.
Cons
Management shows favoritism to certain employees. When staff come in late or call out they don’t follow through with corrective actions. Gossip is a major issue, you have to watch your back and it’s hard to trust people. They really don’t care about their techs, only about the nurses but that’s everywhere. It’s pretty sad
