Pros

The pay is good (although the benefits, not so much) and if they like you (and by THEY, I mean the tight knit group that comprises the corporate office and regional managers) then they take care of you, if you're lucky.

Cons

If they don't like you, or if you are new to the company and NOT part of their close group...then be prepared to be passed over for promotions and transfers, be treated like a sub-standard human being, and generally made to feel as if you were nothing to the company...after that initial takeover and due diligence when they put on a nice facade.

Pros

Pay is good, work culture is good, uniforms look good, overall benefits are good.

Cons

I'm gonna be honest I'm writing this review because I'm upset I cant receive paid parental leave due to a really not well thought out policy requiring 6 months of employment to become eligible. I started this job recently with a child on the way, relocated from a different city, and abandoned 4 weeks of paternity leave lined up with my previous employer. I don't see how this company attracts outside talent at all with policies like these.
