      You get to live out in rural Texas if that is something that is a plus for you. Aside from that, there is a large degree of independence

      Cons

      Variable enrollment rates place job security at a serious risk. Somewhat of a lack of a professional environment, but that may just be part of working at a junior college

      Christofascist administration; racist, sexist, and homophobic student body; location in the middle of nowhere; pitiful salaries.
