Overall a good company but avoid SCM department - Assistant Manager Rangs Properties Employee Review

1. There is a syndicate in SCM team which has been done by older employees and this doesn't let any new member survive. They try to control all relevant department & overpower existing employee. 2. They won't give you any exposure to management so there is no way you can meet them and clarify what's going on there. 3. HR department seems to be just a puppet of top management, they don't have their own assessment system. They only rely on what the department head says. 4.I have worked there for about 6-7 months and in no means I have felt welcoming and the corporate politics is very very severe there. Avoid SCM at any cost.
