Pros
My time interning at Ransack was great and something I’ll remember for a long time. Right from the start, I felt welcomed into a super supportive and fun work environment that made every day enjoyable. Ransack is a place where you will feel like you mean something, and the bosses let me dive into projects and really get involved even though I may be just an intern. The teamwork and overall vibe of the company made it a great place to work in. There's also really cool team bonding experiences like JB trips and games day Fridays. You can really feel how much Ransack values creating cool experiences for the team.
Cons
Nothing much! Keep an open mind that it's a small company and it may not be that structured/corporate, you may have to wear multiple hats and get involved in all sorts of activities, but that's why it's a good learning experience!
