      Hours are very long with some evenings you have to work till late Pay isn't great if you forget they are covering your living and food expenses

      Pretty location, most regular non-management coworkers are fun to be around, convenient to Bloomington, decent housing provided

      Cons

      Directors and other leadership roles below assistant camp director/program director suffer because of uninterested, undermotivated, and poorly led leadership team. Very little care for employee fulfillment or happiness if the employee isn't part of the "old boys club."
