      Great fellowship among fellow employees. Made great equipment. Put customer satisfaction as #1. Always looked for growth in the industry.

      Cons

      Management had its 'favorites'. Management had poor communication when it came to personnel issues. Current management has poor leadership skils and their vision limited their future growth.
