      Pros

      Family oriented, semi relaxed atmosphere, good benefits.

      Cons

      Can be "siloed" at times, not much room to grow, a lot of talk and no real action. I do think they mean well here however there is always a new "thing" or flavor of the month with things to do as well as people.

      Pros

      Great industry. Awesome products. Good place to start a career and gain experience working alongside one of the most iconic brands in the world.

      Cons

      Company is very change averse, favors the opinions of long-term employees and is likely not willing to make the necessary changes to adapt to current market conditions.
