      Weekly pay, plenty of OT, raise every 90 days the your first year, doesn't require much skill, easy to learn.

      Cons

      Last minute mandatory OT, highly irregular shift, very inflexible, not concerned at with employees wellbeing. High turnover rate, based is low compared to surrounding companies.

      Great pay. Great bonus potential. Great benefits. Great perks. For salaried management personnel, the autonomy is the best part of the job.

      Cons

      Hard to find hourly workers. Turnover is high among hourly workers. The kind of work we do has low esteem.
