Pros
I love working at Rapha. It's a company full of friendly people who are passionate about what they do. You feel really empowered to run with an idea, make your mark and have real influence no matter your level of seniority. I joined having had very little experience of cycling (and no bike) but took part in their Getting Started sessions join their 8 week programme to learn about and how to cycle!
Cons
I'd say there's no denying that Rapha has work to do to improve inclusion and diversity. Having said that, as a woman and current employee I do feel confident that the Leadership Team are fully invested in this work and ready to take the company on a journey, as they said in their public statement earlier this year. They've recently appointed a Diversity & Inclusion Consultancy to support and guide this work so I'm really excited to see where that takes us.
