Pros

Some of the people there are very nice.

Cons

Honestly I think this is the worst company I have ever worked for. They are cheap, not educated, they take advantage of both their customers and their employees. They refuse to teach anyone anything because they are afraid you are going to leave. Family in all the important positions but not knowledge. Get ready to dumb yourself down for this job and because there is no room for advancement or to make money. All the big clients get taken away and given to family members. I have seen emails come in on my phone from clients and then the disappear because management intercepts them and deletes them so the can keep your clients. That is why they read all of your emails. Management has been over heard saying give all the large account to family members only which would be fine if the sales staff was not on commission only. Once someone leaves no one is allowed to talk to them or if they do they get the red mark on them and management treats them poorly. Everyone is walking on egg shells pointing fingers at each other trying to get brownie points from management. It is such an awful working environment. Once someone leaves in sales and sales is a revolving door none of the assistants want to be promoted because they know the dynamics and they make more money as the assistants.

Pros

The inventory/party equipment the company rents has a vast variety, mass quantity, is clean, and in good condition.

Cons

Micro management to the point of dress code which you are NOT told of upon hiring. There are cameras on employees and they watch you on the back end with what you are doing on your computers as well. The men in upper management dominate and women are subservient and do all the work. Very stiff and cliquey, forced to take 30-minute lunches only and as a new employee was told to take my 30 min in break room and make nice with coworkers vs. leaving the building. All about bringing in the $'s from day 1 vs. setting me up for success! Never gave me a work email, extension, didn't know I would be on a 3 week do or die trial period. Signed a work offer that gave 8 month ramp up to build pipeline and work my quotes, close deals etc... Kept me downstairs when customers came up to my desk for service but, expected me to ignore them and make outbound calls. Never moved me to a quieter workspace so I could make calls, and work my pipeline.
