Great mission, management needs improvement - Anonymous employee RapidSOS Employee Review

The management team appears to be nice but the behavior pattern shows systemic bias against women and minorities, especially by the leadership team. Check how many of their full-time staff (don't count the interns/fellows) are white male vs all others, and how many are in the leadership team. The numbers tell the truth. The worst thing is that they do not admit it even when they are told that is the case, which makes the work environment a bit toxic at times.
