This has been one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. There is little to no career progression, and the environment is dominated by micro-management. You have to push repeatedly just to get issues acknowledged. Pay is inconsistent, with minimal pay rises. Junior staff are taken advantage of, and the company is extremely top-heavy.

Always seeking feedback from employees. Listen to their employees, most recently relocating the London Office to provide a more suitable environment. Recently introduced a new benefits package labelled 'The People Plan' which sets out private health care insurance, car allowance, maternity and paternity leave, birthdays off and a extra wellbeing day off. They have their employees in mind. Senior colleagues are always happy to assist with questions and will help provide solutions. A good work life balance.
