- the people at rapp are wonderful to work with, everyone is very kind - lots of opportunity to do cool work and experience fun projects
Cons
- the parent company of rapp has been restructuring and making the culture disappear - raises have been put on hold for 6 months with little to no communication as to why - they're very strict with rto and offer no perks to incentivize coming in
