      1- Good Salary & benefits 2- Motivative work environment 3- Employee growth and good learning curve (The company supports its employees by providing training for growth) 4- Flexible work and 2 days work from home allowed

      1- Parking is on the employees and it is very expensive 2- Very far location for some employees 3- No annual bonus 4- High work pressures
