Pros
Dedicated staff with many long-term employees. Great food in cafeteria. Small enough organization that you can know everyone. Out in the country so traffic is never a factor!
Cons
Recently bought out by Bon Secours and no one seems to know what is going on. They made us stay on our separate, pitiful health insurance plan, Lots of nitpicky changes. All hiring done out of Richmond, like they know what we need.
