Pros

Great at cable and wiring assemblies. They have a excellent production manager if they would just them hire and do the work. Nice building.

Cons

High turnaround. Not professional at all, political cartoons are in plain sight for customers to see. It could be a great contract manufacturer if they would treat all employees as they treat the family members. Very manual system and if the inside person does not keep on it daily, hourly the customer might not get a shipment on time. No engineer or technical assistance for the customer.

Pros

The furniture is cool, showroom is glamorous and has free underground parking. It is probably better than working at McDonald's.

Cons

Minimum wage 'draw' against low commission. 12 hour days, including every weekend or you will not have a job. No time to eat or go to the bathroom. Every move and phone call is monitored by cameras &/or management. No respect-even to those with 20 years experience in the field. Micro managers with no experience in the industry. Employees do not have their own computer, even though they are expected to follow-up and email every customer they come into contact with. Salespeople are back stabbing liars and management are idiots. It is a prison. Most people could make more on unemployment or working at Ralphs.
