Mega family business, no culture, no HR, even the HR there is just imagery HR with no HR background at all, no Diploma, irrelevant field study no work experience. because the managerial level can't get let go their micromanaging mentality. they lack professionalism, even in interviews, you think you going to have an interview with the HR but get jumped by a sales director without letting you know who is going to interview you like some sort of an ambush and he is the one who do the interview not the HR, HR don't say a single word. also, get asked sales questions and irrelevant questions and they ask you to do a huge task and they don't care about it later on like your effort doesn't matter. total managerial chaos.
