      Pros

      Great salary & benefits, top facilities & work equipment, very good housing provisions.

      Cons

      Minimal advancement opportunities for Expats, Management forcing Qatarizatimon (before many Nationals are ready for advancement/promotions), Health/Medical benefits for Expats does Not cover non-GCC areas when on Holiday nor leave, Many Managers apply favoritism particularly for Nationals, use of forced ranking system for merits & pay increases.
