      Desperately ambitious as a company Flexible work Competitive pay if you can negotiate upfront

      Cons

      Lacks skills and competence You succeed if you play politics SLT does not listen and also not competent (seriously how can a few years experienced Marketing manager be in SLT) Engineering leadership is again a clique, don’t challenge them and everything will be alright The business has stagnated (just look at their PNL and shareholder reports) Most of the growth reporting is due to optimising opex and not due to actual product growth or market share capture. Sales and finance influenced, engineering listens and product team is just teachers pets.

      Pros

      Remote work, product that sells and works, amazing trainings, lots of knowledge of industry. My team was awesome and laidback. We all had a common goal, and try to accomplish it. Lots of data to make cold calls, weekly product updates. Great data that made process smoother to target an audience. Inbound leads. The brains in the operation to make product competitive were something else! The product features could really help Realtors who are using the program.

      Cons

      No support if the main call tool the dialer appeared as spam. Reduction of costs and personnel, lots of change. Competing against platform for people upgrading directly from website.
